In our quest to buy a comfortable office chair, we figured if we bought an office chair we were able to try out in the store, we were sure to get a comfortable one. WRONG!.
We tried this chair out in the store, found it extremely comfortable, and bought it - only to find the chair we got is no where near as comfortable as the floor model. No where even close.
If you are looking for a comfortable chair, this is not the chair you are looking for.

For the last 2 months or so the lift started dropping to an annoying point. Keeps getting lower... A pain since was supposed to be a premium chair?

This chair was so comfy at the store brand new. Within just a couple months it was squeaking. A little bit longer, the lift goes out and leaves me sitting as low as possible for good. Within 6 months, the seat padding no longer exists and I have to put a pillow or two in the chair to sit on to keep from being too uncomfortable. Then I noticed a tear where the right arm rests meets the silver plastic arm the padding is attached to. I had no choice but to keep using it because it was my only chair and I do a lot of work on my computer. Now I'm able to send it off and do something about this, I just hope the company isn't a pain in the butt to deal with. This was my first high-end (to me anyway) office chair and I thought I was making a good decision. Regular price $299, you definitely expect it to last longer than a few months.

I usually don?t write reviews, however this chair is of poor quality I want to warn people who are considering this purchase not to! I work from home and I normally sit behind a computer for ten hours a day. After eight months of using this chair, it started leaning to the left and the padding on the bottom wore out. After a while I started experiencing back pain and my bottom started hurting, therefore I stopped using the chair.
